Telemedicine Appointment with Provider
When you are sick and going to the doctor’s office or urgent care seems impossible, simply schedule a HIPPA secured Telemedicine Appointment with LOHS and be on the road to recovery. Also, offering remote Telemedicine in the workplace reduces workplace absences by proactively treating the employee quickly and efficiently, while preventing symptoms from becoming more severe and costly.
Telemedicine services can provide an alternative way to receive healthcare in many non-emergent acute conditions such as: Colds, Headaches, Sinus infections, Urinary Tract infections, Skin rashes, Fevers, Minor cuts, & Sprains.
ONLY PRIVATE PAY OPTION IS AVAILABLE. NO medical insurances are accepted. For only $75.00/per appointment the patient will be remotely evaluated by the Provider located at LOHS via either phone or video chat.
NO patients under 15 years of age will be treated. This service EXCLUDES pain management and mental health treatment. If the provider feels the current chief compliant is to high-acuity for Telemedicine, the Provider does have the right to refuse the case and refer the patient to their Primary Care Physician.
